That is not good that DISM did not complete.

I would recommend you run a disk check of at least the following

CHKDSK C: /F

Press the Y key when it says it cannot lock the drive and asks if you want to run it on reboot.

Then reboot and let the disk check run.

Then run the following with all applications closed.

Open an Elevated Admin Command Prompt and type in the following and press the Enter key

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

That should run very fast. Then run the following

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Post back the results of the commands

If needed here are some applications to remove Microsoft Windows 10 Applications

Use at your own risk. Though normally even if you remove a package by mistake it's possible to reinstall it back.
PowerShell has commands to remove or install as well but for the average user an application like below is much easier
