Help Please ! chrome - trojan trustiseverything.de everytime I open google

I've had major issues with accounts being hacked - and Malwarebytes keeps flagging every time I open google chrome, can anyone help please?

Thanks I have just done that for all the accounts we have so fingers crossed it will work. Thanks for your help
