I'm pretty sure I have some kind of infection.

No malware was found in your logs.

Will reset some of the services and make sure that all the operating system files are good.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

It seems like that helped, but my windows explorer seems to be running extremely slow when its opening files, and will outright restart with some tasks. It temporarily restored access to certain areas of my settings, but those have sense stopped working as well. I cannot access "personalization" or "accounts" at the moment.

Before you attempt any of this on your computer i suggests you ask for advice on the Windows 10 Forum.

An expert with that operating system should be able to confirm that it's OK to run the suggested fix.
