I have sent a support ticket for requesting a refund, however, I received an email a day later asking me how my experience was but I wasn’t contacted by anyone yet. I’m a little unsure on how the support ticket works and what do do with the ticket number.

Respond to that email and give them your reason and that you wish the refund. That was an automated email based on your subject of the refund request.
