Hello,

During the last month I have been experiencing continuous blue screens in Windows 10 that restart my computer.

When you close MalwareBytes, the blue screen problem disappears and Windows works normally.

I use the Premium version of MalwareBytees.

I get two different types of error:

- Kernel Security Check Failluer and Irql Not Less Or EqualIn this last error message, the file mwac.sys

Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST?

  • Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  • Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply
