Hi,

Since 2nd Feb,  Malwarebytes has been detecting a part of our software Mouse Server, as a virus type Malware.AI.4241577898 despite multiple past analysis by your firm and others where it was determined that it is not a virus.

Here is our company information:
Company name: Youtao LLC
Contact person: Wangshimeng
Contact info:

We are professional mobile App creators, WiFi Mouse app is our important app, which has got 20M downloads.
Mouse server is the server application for WiFi Mouse app for Windows.

This issue was detected using virus total:

Our code does not generate any risk for end-users, as has been determined by your analysts in the past, and by analysts of most leading AVs. We would like to ask that you white list our files ASAP.

Please see a detailed account of how WiFi Mouse works and how it obtains end-user permission:

We are completely transparent in our mission (making a
transparent and open web), and in how our software works, and are extremely proud of these. I am here to answer any questions at any time at this email , to help you feel confident in our solution.

Zip file attached, password is "infected"

Thank you,

Wangshimeng,
