The following extension is also fantastic, but unfortunately many people find it too difficult to understand and train.

If you do feel you have the time and fortitude to try and work with it and spend the time to both Learn it and Train it then it is a fantastic tool. But again, most people that try it seem to uninstall it as they find it too difficult to use.

Do Not install it unless you have the time to learn and train it. It blocks almost everything on installation.

Hello,

I know noscript and I used it but it prevents watching the videos on porn tubes and it's a bit annoying to use it because it slows down the internet browser. It's a very good extension.

I also use Glasswire: https://www.glasswire.com/ to check what goes in and out of my PC.

Thank you very much

Hello,

Here are screenshots of IObit Uninstaller to give you an idea of why I'm using it. IObit Uninstaller allows you to uninstall everything and shred files. I recommend this software. Look at all the items (43) in the registry that IObit Uninstaller has uninstalled for Mozilla Firefox. This kind of software could help you.

Thank you very much

Hello,

Iobit Uninstaller allows you to uninstall Firefox very well, but Iobit Uninstaller installs Advanced SystemCare. if you uninstall Firefox with Iobit Uninstaller you will have the list of Firefox files and Firefox entries in the registry. I say this because this software monitors the installation of the software and it allows everything to be uninstalled without any error and no file or entry in the registry is missing.

Thank you very much

I personally don't see the need to use a 3rd party tool for uninstall unless you're specifically having an issue where a product will not remove itself and the company does not provide a method or support to do so. Most vendors supply other means to remove their software.

Whether you keep or use iObit is up to you

Please exit out of Malwarebytes and then try to reinstall Bitdefender

If that does not work then try doing an uninstall via the Control Panel of Bitdefender and then reinstall. If still not working then try using their removal tool not iObit (again using a tool like that should be a LAST  resort never the first use)

Hello,

They want to force to use only Bitdefender but Bitdefender is not as good as Malwarebytes against malwares. I want to stay faithful to Malwarebytes, whatever happens I remain subscribed to Malwarebytes. I will try to reinstall Malwarebytes.

Thank you very much

During the install of Bitdefender they see Malwarebytes and warn. Simply exit out or uninstall Malwarebytes. Then install Bitdefender, then once Bitdefender is updated and running, simply disable it's real-time protection. Then reinstall Malwarebytes and it should work.

Hello,

You have to uninstall Malwarebytes and then install Bitdefender and then reinstall Malwarebytes because Bitdefender does not install if you do not uninstall Malwarebytes, they are aggressive. I will exclude the MalwareBytes .exe files from the detection of BitDefender.

You helped me well I want to stay subscribed to Malwarebytes.

Thank you very much

You're welcome.

At this point the system should be clean and working well. Let the Content Blockers and Security software do it's job and stop threats. Don't disable protection to view sites. Simply move to another site and don't visit any sites that don't behave well.

Unless there is something else we should be done here and I will close your topic soon.

Please make sure you disable Bitdefender and run the folllowing

Please do the following.

  • Open Malwarebytes and click the cross-hair just above the word Scanner
  • Then near the bottom click the Advanced scanners link
  • Then under Custom Scan click on the Configure Scan button
  • Enable scan for rootkits
  • Place a checkmark on your C: volume hard drive and click the Scan button

This scan will take a long while to run but once completed please go to Reports and export the log to text or clipboard and post back the results.

Visually

Please open Malwarebytes and click on the cross-hair just above the word Scanner

Here is the log LogLastC.txt and Addition.txt and FRST.txt from my last scans I will try to avoid porn tube with my main computer, I need a second computer to navigate porn tubes. I will try to report all the infections that I will find in the Malwarebytes forum but for now it is better to avoid porn tubes while waiting for my second computer.

Thanks a lot for your help

Good evening,

The EmuFrance site is no longer blocked, Firefox's reinstallation has probably solved the problem. I think there are still small problems with images that have odd colors.

Thank you very much
