Malwarebytes Privacy cannot connect to registration server

I have Malwarebytes Premium from a shared account, my brother's.

Malwarebytes works, but Privacy gives an error when trying to connect to any server, I had the trial version of Malwarebytes Privacy for some time, but our current plan supports that too.

The error I get is attached below, and happens on all servers.

Please try uninstalling Malwarebytes Privacy as well as the Malwarebytes VPN Tunnel Driver, then restart the system and reinstall Privacy and let us know if it now works and connects or not.

If the problem still persists, please do the following so that we may take a closer look:

  1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  3. Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Thanks, the logs show that the limit on the number of devices the license can be activated on has been reached.  You will likely need to contact your brother and ask him to deactivate any unused/inactive devices under his account at My.Malwarebytes.com so that you can activate the software on your device.
