I need advice on "Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic"

After updating the game "Crossfire Legends", Malwarebytes warns that the file "patcher_cf2" is infected.

I contacted the publisher of the game. And they say the file is safe. Malwarebytes issued a false warning. Can you give me some advice?

Hi,

This was detected by our generic anti-ransomware engine. This is a false positive indeed and has been fixed in a meanwhile.
