Bypass SSO with Expired SAML Configuration

Sorry if I picked the wrong topic, but I was not sure where this fits. I did not update my SAML configuration before the certificate expired and now when I log into https://cloud.malwarebytes.com/auth/login, it goes into an infinite loop. I believe there is a link where I can disable or bypass SSO, but I cannot find it anywhere with Google or on this forum. Any guidance would be appreciated.

For future (after login)

  1. Support tickets can be submitted into https://support.malwarebytes.com, Business Products page, scroll to bottom.
    Direct link here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  2. Look at top right of you console, Profile/ContactUs and note down the support phone number

Hello @AAGI

You can bypass the SSO configuration setup if you need to by using this URL here for manually logging in: https://cloud.malwarebytes.com/auth/manual

Note though this should only be used as a onetime access point as going there with SSO won't allow it to go through the SAML process then. If you still have any issues feel free to let us know!
