Privacy Won't Connect, Just Spins.

Thanks for creating your own topic now,

Please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST?

  • Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  • Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

  • Go to Control Panel - Uninstall Programs
  • Uninstall Malwarebytes Privacy.
  • Uninstall Malwarebytes Privacy VPN Tunnel Driver
  • Reboot once
  • Then you will need to restart again and go to Safemode  with network connection. Following these directions here. Then go to Device Manager and go to Network adapters below and delete these drivers below:

MBTun Userspace Tunnel #2

MBTun Userspace Tunnel #1

WireGaurd Tunnel

  • Restart in Normal mode and install the current version of privacy. Be sure the installer you use is new and NOT one you have already downloaded.

See if that corrects the issue.

If you really want to go the refund route, you have 60 days from purchase to do so.
