You have a bizarre DNS setup and we also have a bug that only affects certain websites in Browser Guard. My whitelist entry should have also handled www.jumpin.stream and it didn't. That's our bug, and you are one of the special ones that it burps on. Your DNS strangeness is that a ping to www.jumpin.stream actually goes to a subdomain on herokudns.com. Regardless, I just whitelisted the www and you should be good in 15-30 minutes. Have a good weekend. Link to post
