FastStone Resizer (old version from 2017)

This is an old version from 2017 being detected as malware; the installation file is being detected in my Downloads folder.  I saw another thread via a Google search with FastStone Image Viewer coming up for people last year.  This is the thread:

I'm going with the instructions from that thread and attaching a .zip containing the file in question as well as a log of the scan.

This is indeed a false positive by our additional machinelearning engine we have implemented.
This will get fixed.
