Expand.exe

I Ran the full scan on Malwarebytes, on a brand new install of Windows 10.   Malwarebytes flagged Expand.exe.  It's in the following folder C:\WINDOWS.OLD\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\EXPAND.EXE.

I tried but could not remove this folder.     

  

This computer was accidentally given accessed to via TeamViewer to some scammer.    I reformatted the drive and  installed windows from an image on a USB thumb drive.  

Should I be concerned?

The above folder is a folder left after a feature update in windows. It is not harmful and Malwarebytes is just seeing a file in a location it is not used to.

So i tried deleting this folder but it will not let me. There is something called Trustedinstaller that wont give me permission.

You need to use the instructions in the posted link to delete it. The whole Windows .old folder.
