Information on refunds can be found in this support article.  You will need to contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the contact form on this page and they will be able to assist you.  Just keep in mind that currently it may take 7 days or more to receive a response from a support agent due to the size of the current support queue, but please be patient and they will assist you as soon as they are able so that you can get your refund.

In the meantime, if your reason for seeking a refund is due to a technical issue with the software, we might be able to help if you'd like.  Just let us know if this is the case and we will do our best to assist.
