SDSLMarwarebytes Posted February 1, 2021 ID:1435903 Share Posted February 1, 2021 We use Ahsay Backup software and since Saturday you are reporting that the application cblsX64.exe is a RTP detection / Riskware. This application is used by 5000+ customers and should not be blocked. Around the world, the product is installed on over 5 million servers / PCs so you need to allow this and not be seen as a risk. Please can you update your database. Thanks

SDSLMarwarebytes Posted February 1, 2021 Author ID:1435920 Share Posted February 1, 2021 Actually, may I ask if your team has allowed the application, or the IP address that the site is connecting? If address, we have two servers and would need the 2nd server added, but if application, it shouldn't be a problem.
Staff JPopovic Posted February 1, 2021 Staff ID:1435924 Share Posted February 1, 2021 We have whitelisted the domain at this point. Thank you
SDSLMarwarebytes Posted February 1, 2021 Author ID:1435928 Share Posted February 1, 2021 If you have just whitelisted the domain, can you also add our other domain that is used for the service please (attached) Can I also ask how long it takes before the malwarebyte client allows the access? My local PC is still flashing up with the errors, so I'm guessing all our clients using Malwarebytes also will still have this issue which will stop them from backing up to us Thanks IPs and domains.txt
Staff JPopovic Posted February 1, 2021 Staff ID:1435931 Share Posted February 1, 2021 The other one will be added to the Whitelist also. Changes should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
