Podcast App "Grover Pro" false positive

Grover Pro is a podcast app I paid for and have been using daily for a long time. I doubt that it's Ransomware.

I am unable to restore the quarantined file. I get an access denied error. Yes, I rebooted my computer and tried again before writing this.

Can you temporary turn off the antiransomware protection, then reboot and then try to unquarantine again?
