Premiium Trial 4.3.0 Font too Small

I have been using Malwarebytes for well over a decade on my laptop and home computers with no visual impediments. This most recent automatic upgrade with the Premium 4.3.0 trial version is in an impossibly small font and I cannot read it. This is really distressing that you make a platform in such tiny font with no way to enlarge it. I had to uninstall it and tried to go back to an earlier version but it won't let me. Worse yet, I cannot get this premium version off my computer as there is virtually no original version where I can go and click settings and deactivate premium as others are speaking of on this site.
 

I am going to have to completely give up on malwarebytes if this cannot get resolved. Can anyone help me with this?

Okay I was able to deactivate the premium trail version in Accounts hoping that the old layout would return but everything remains in this small font. I am able to set the fonts for every other app on my laptop except this program. Could you please consider those with visual impediments so that they are able to access the software.

Hi DytWatt

I've got the exact same problem: no issue before upgrade and huge issue afterwards. I like the way this is made out to be a technical issue with your computer software when in fact, it is on their end with their decision to use smaller font in their coding because they can see it and damned with anyone else who can't.

I was going to upgrade but this lack of consideration for people over 40 or those with visual impediments has really struck a nerve and I'm permanently walking away.

Hello Live.  I regret any issue you have run into.  I would like very much to know some details about the type of display you have and its settings.  I am positive that the issue can be squared away.

Is this a laptop / notebook, or, a desktop or tower with a monitor display?

I would point that Malwarebytes has always gone to great efforts to help those with special vision needs.

Also, to express, that there ought to be no difference as far as display, whether the program is a Premium, or a Trial one, or simply free mode.  The visual appearance ought to be the same   ( as long as the program Version is the same).

I would appreciate  getting  additional / fuller  important details from this machine in order to help you forward.
 NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

Do have patience while the report tool runs.  It may take several minutes.  Just let it run & take its time.  You may want to close your other open windows so that there is a clear field of view.
Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
    
    Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
    Double-click mb-support-1.80.848.exe  to run the report

Once it starts, you will see a first screen with 2 buttons.  Click the one on the left marked "I don't have an open support ticket".

        You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
        
    Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
Now click the left-hand side pane "I do not have an open support ticket"

    You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
    Do NOT use the button “Start repair” !   But look instead at the far-left options list in black.

    Click the Advanced tab on the left column
    
    Click the Gather Logs button
    
    A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer.  Please do have patience.  It takes several minutes to gather.
   
    Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK.  Then Exit the tool.

    Please attach the ZIP file in your next reply.
