Bleepingcomputer has the most current information available about the encryption. I'm sorry but without backups of your data you would need to pay the ransomware (no guarantee they will provide you a key). 

It is suggested that you typically pull the hard drive and set it aside in the hopes that some time in the future a key or decryption tool will be made available. 

Then buy a new hard drive and reinstall Windows and follow the FAQ on protecting your data better including good solid backups.

Here are some of our own recommendations after you've reinstalled Windows.
