HTML: Script-inf [Susp], is this

Good day,
my AVG:antivirus spotted a file on my hard drive and labeled it as HTML: Script-inf [Susp]; it was quarantined. Attached picture shows the details regarding its location.
I have read that if this is detected on a computer (in contrary to just being deteced during interent browsing) it means that it was already compromised.
I have not observed any signs of the ongoing infection, I would sleep better being sure that I am "clean' .
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Yes, looks good.

It does apply to smartphones as well depending on what is saved and causing the issue. Smartphones can also clean, clear their cache, cookies, etc.

It is quite possible that the Smartphone may not have the files, scripts, etc that was causing the issue. Go ahead and re-enable your Sync and see how things go.
