KMSpico Installed, problem with windows 10 defender and updates

This topic was started because two identical topics were dealt with previously on a one to one basis. Hence, I was not able to use those personalized solutions to counter my problem.

UPDATE: Was able to install updates and the PC is up to date. However, still cannot activate defender.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner  is a free Microsoft stand-alone virus scanner that  can be used to scan for & remove malware or potentially unwanted software from a system.

Please select " FULL " scan option.

Let me know the result of this.

The log is named MSERT.log 

the log will be at  C:\Windows\debug\msert.log

Please attach that log with your reply.

At some point, let me know just whay "Kmspico" was gotten in the first place.   and be aware, there is more work to do after this.

Thank you so much for your speedy response. Fortunately, once the updates started working properly, I went ahead and installed the 20H2 update for my machine and now the defender has started working as well. I think this thread can be marked as resolved!

Hi, 

Then, be very sure to do a scan with the Windows Defender and insure that if any items are flagged, then to be sure to deal with them.  E.G. have Windows Defender remove any detected items.
