practiceedge Posted January 10, 2021 ID:1431546 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Hello, We manage a number of Wordpress sites for a client, they had been left very out of date (plugins etc), and had managed to get hacked. These have been added to your blacklist and customers are receiving a malware warning. We have already been removed from the McAfee blacklist, and Google Search Console. We have submitted to Norton for review, and wondered if you can also remove the sites from your blacklist. We have cleaned the sites and installed a malware detection plugin on each. Here are the sites: https://eascomelectrical.com.au/ https://eascomelectrical.com.au/bendigo/ https://eascomelectrical.com.au/shepparton/ https://melbourne.eascomelectrical.com.au/ Thanks in advance Nathan Link to post
Porthos Posted January 10, 2021 ID:1431548 Share Posted January 10, 2021 This is a Browser Guard Block. I will Alert the proper team to investigate. There is no need for any further action from you at this time. Just a note on Reputation Blocks. Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocks pages that come from websites with relatively light traffic or have been reported to have malicious activity. Malwarebytes err on the side of caution to assure that we are protecting our users. If our users encounter a block, they report it (as you did), it gets tested, and if it is determined to be safe, it gets whitelisted. @gonzo Link to post
