I can not activate my premium License key!

OK, please see if a clean install fixes it:

  1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  3. Click the Clean button, and allow it to restart your system and then reinstall Malwarebytes, either by allowing the tool to do so when it offers to on restart, or by downloading and installing the latest version from here

By the way, in case the clean install doesn't work, if you haven't done so already, please sign up for an account at My.Malwarebytes.com as instructed in this support article using if possible, the same email address you used when you originally purchased your subscription, then reset your license key by clicking Deactivate all under your subscriptions in your account as documented in this support article, then try activating the software with your license key again to see if it now works.
