Cant set up iPhone to block phone calls.

I purchased the premium iOS MBAM primarily to block spam phone calls.  In "Settings", the Account type shows up as Premium. Under MBAM setup, Web Protection and Ad Blocking is turned on.  To activate Call Protection, I'm supposed to go to iPhone settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Protection  > toggle MBAM on.  

There is no Call Blocking and Protection.  However, there is Call Blocking and Identification.  Tapping on it, the Call Identification apps are, in order, Truecaller Part 3, Truecaller Part 1, and Truecaller Part 2.  MBAM is not listed.  

Is this a bug in the app?  Should I delete the app and reinstall?  Any other ideas?
