Unable to use Privacy...

Having purchased a licence to use this on two PC's I have been unable to use it on one of them for the best part of two months....

I was told by your support team, just before Christmas, that I would have to await a new version in the hope that it might fix my problem. When is this new version going to be ready?

I'm told we hope to have the new build available tomorrow, but if not then on Monday. I've also spoken with a supervisor and have asked them to extend your time on the license as you've not been able to use the product.

Thank you again for your patience and hoping we can get all of this resolved for you very soon.

I have a new beta installer for Privacy I'd like you to test. Let's try doing an install over the top and see if it works. If you're still having an issue then we'll do a clean removal of all and try new installs and see if that works.

For now, please download the following and install this version and let me know if it corrects your issues or not
