OceanPark Posted January 6, 2021 ID:1430884 Share Posted January 6, 2021 I contacted Malwarebytes 3 days ago (?) and submitted my request that they unblock my website. 24 hours later they told me that they had investigated and UN blocked my website. My customers are still being blocked by malwarebytes. My website is: https://www.oceanparkstampauction.com/main.html Please fix this problem asap, as I am losing business due to your block. The main Malwarebytes program is not blocking your site or program. This is a Browser Guard Block. I will Alert the proper team to investigate. There is no need for any further action from you at this time. Just a note on Reputation Blocks. Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocks pages that come from websites with relatively light traffic or have been reported to have malicious activity. Malwarebytes err on the side of caution to assure that we are protecting our users. If our users encounter a block, they report it (as you did), it gets tested, and if it is determined to be safe, it gets whitelisted. @gonzo Link to post
Staff Zynthesist Posted January 6, 2021 Staff ID:1430890 Share Posted January 6, 2021 (edited) This block has been removed already in MBAM but I do see the Browser Guard blocking for reputation. Will move to that section. Edited January 6, 2021 by Zynthesist Link to post

Solution gonzo Posted January 6, 2021 Solution ID:1430943 Share Posted January 6, 2021 Because it was blocked for reasons covered by Malwarebytes Premium, I looked no further. Once they cleared their block, a reputation block remained...which I noted due to your comment. I just whitelisted it. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. I'm sorry for the delay. Thank you for your patience. Link to post
OceanPark Posted January 7, 2021 Author ID:1430962 Share Posted January 7, 2021 Hello dco34 and Gonzo: I had one customer who could not see my current webpage. Here is what I sent to him to remedy the problem , this worked David This works, Will get my son in law to explain . Thx Ken On 2021-01-06 3:15 p.m., Ocean Park Auction wrote: Your browser is probably using the cached version of my web page to fix it: 1: delete your browser history and then restart your computer. In my browser (Firefox) The menu at the top shows "History, click on it and then "Delete recent history" If that fails use this link: https://www.oceanparkstampauction.com/main.html He tells me that this fixed the problem, does that give you a better idea as to what might be wrong? gonzo Posted January 7, 2021 ID:1430965 Share Posted January 7, 2021 I have moved this to YOUR post. The other user has nothing to do with your issue nor you with his. Please do not jump onto someone else's post as it only confuses things for everyone. oceanparkstampauction.com is now visible. The block has been removed. Link to post
OceanPark Posted January 7, 2021 Author ID:1430968 Share Posted January 7, 2021 So does that mean that you have done everything that you can do and that I should ask my customer to try again and see what happens? Link to post

OceanPark Posted January 7, 2021 Author ID:1430974 Share Posted January 7, 2021 thanks! Sorry about posting in the wrong forum, I am not familiar with this. Link to post
gonzo Posted January 7, 2021 ID:1430983 Share Posted January 7, 2021 No problem. Your site should be fine, and you can feel comfortable telling them that. If they do encounter any problem at all, tell them to clear their cache. That sometimes is a lingering issue. Link to post
