Internet Connection not working after using KSMSpico.

Greetings,

I've run into an issue after I tried activating MS Office (I needed VISIO for an assignment) with the activator already mentioned in the title. I noticed my internet connection is not working anymore but I can still connect via mobile hotspot/Wi-fi (I'm using it at the moment).
I tried resetting the ethernet adapter which resulted in nothing.
I even tried to use System Restore and even that failed, giving me the following error: 0x80070005
I made sure my anti-virus program was disabled when I started the recovery.

My next step is to make a fresh Windows installation, which I'm very reluctant to do, so I'm writing here in hopes someone can help me.

My guess is that the activator .exe file was infected with something. I also noticed the "loading" circle appearing at random intervals at my mouse cursor.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop or location where you ran FRST from. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRSTEnglish, and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system that cannot be undone. Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
