rogerwho Posted January 5, 2021 ID:1430633 Share Posted January 5, 2021 Some of our clients reported that downloads from hxxps://d36v5w8x42ah5y.cloudfront.net are being blocked by browser guard. The domain is used as a CDN for downloading our software (ufile.ca/download). Please review and unblock it. Link to post
Solution gonzo Posted January 6, 2021 Solution ID:1430671 Share Posted January 6, 2021 We do not block cloudfront.net, as it is a recognized CDN. If your software is an EXE file, we may be blocking based on the referring server. I need to be able to see the block in order to properly take care of it. Could you provide a link that enables that? If your software is only available for a fee, perhaps you could provide that information via private message. I will add a whitelist entry for ufile.ca, but without seeing the log entry generated by Browser Guard, that may not be the correct domain to whitelist. It may also be the result of a blocked tracker. I hope you understand the need for the request. Link to post
