I'm a web developer, and I use this domain to play audio on one of my company's sites. User's with BrowserGuard are having issues playing the audio files because the mp3 download is being blocked as an ad/tracker. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Please provide a URL where I may witness the block for myself.  We block trackers with Browser Guard, and any unblocking of trackers is done in conjunction with the site where they are deemed essential.

There's a couple of steps to get to the block. If you access this link - https://login.concord.christianscience.com/concord/search?query=hymn 2%3A1 - you'll be presented with a login popup. Unfortunately, you'll have to register to get to the blocked content (registration is free, and doesn't require any email validation for the first 7 days). Once registration is complete you should be redirected to a page where you can click the play button for the audio player (shown in the attached image).  On clicking the play button, we attempt to download and play an mp3 file from the domain listed, but it's blocked.

Please let me know if you have any issues with any of the above steps. I can also set up a dummy page to mimic the behavior if that would be helpful, but it sounds like that wouldn't wouldn't be allowed based on what you've said above.
