Malwarebytes VPN Problem

I recently purchased Malwarebytes VPN and it worked fine for several weeks. Now it will not connect and gives me a message which says "Could not connect. Please check internet connection & try again". There is nothing wrong with my Verizon internet connection and I get this message over and over again when I try to connect. Please advise how to fix this problem. Thanks

Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST?

  • Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  • Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Following up to see if you're still having issues or if you were able to resolve them.

If you're still having an issue can you please install the latest beta from this link and let us know if that corrects your issue or not.

If it does not then please post the logs as requested from @Porthos above.
