Who do I notify if my TLD site is blocked by Browser Guard as invalid TLD?

I installed Browser Guard. When I went to my main website it threw me a suspicious TLD page. Since I know that my websites are not scams, I was very disturbed so I read up about TLD's and came to the conclusion that Malwarebytes views my TLD which (. online) as invalid or suspicious. I would like to know why and whether I need to change my main domain name, which is

https://crowleycare.online

But I can't even find a Malwarebytes email address to write to.
