Trojan Bitcoin Miner and Malware AI will not go away.

I've tried just about everything. from Malwarebytes Premium to the TRON script. I have had the administrative glitch and the key registry bit. I am not super tech savvy and am so scarred because every time i spend hours scanning and quarantining and rebooting and repairing these 2 things keep coming back and Malwarebytes blocks websites they are trying to talk to. I simply don't know what to do. Often time Malwarebytes doesn't even register a problem and a friend of mine says that means I'm infected super deep. I really need help. I have so much work to do as i make money from art commissions and video editing and I have my banking info on my laptop in the same sense.  I will attach some things and will send whatever else is needed. I have also included the same 2 ip addresses that keep coming up (over 30 attempts to connect according to Malwarebytes). They started as once every 2 minutes, then once every 10 mins according to Malwarebytes history.  I will even include the registry key instances that came up as needing to be quarantined but i was told to add them to the allow list because it was a bug. I am very ignorant to much of this and ask that the explanations and steps be dumbed down as if i were a infant and these are Legos. Thanks in advance for anyone who even read this far and stay safe out there in this nasty time. Happy New Year?? DOWN WITH 2020!!!

Also, I just want to say I've practically studied these forums to find a solution and nothing has worked. I had no idea what FRST was until now and when all else failed I made an account and made this post. This is why I figured these would be the best documents to include. They seemed pretty standard around here. Thanks again!!!

Hello smeed and welcome to Malwarebytes,

Continue with the following:

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop or location where you ran FRST from.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRSTEnglish, and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system that cannot be undone.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or wherever you ran FRST from. Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.

NOTE-1: This fix will run a scan to check that all Microsoft operating system files are valid and not corrupt and attempt to correct any invalid files. It will also run a disk check on the restart to ensure disk integrity. Depending on the speed of your computer this fix may take 30 minutes or more.

NOTE-2: As part of this fix all temporary files will be removed. If you have any open web pages that have not been bookmarked please make sure you bookmark them now as all open applications will be automatically closed. Also, make sure you know the passwords for all websites as cookies will also be removed.

The following directories are emptied:

  • Windows Temp
  • Users Temp folders
  • Edge, IE, FF, Chrome and Opera caches, HTML5 storages, Cookies and History
  • Recently opened files cache
  • Flash Player cache
  • Java cache
  • Steam HTML cache
  • Explorer thumbnail and icon cache
  • BITS transfer queue (qmgr*.dat files)
  • Recycle Bin

Important: items are permanently deleted. They are not moved to quarantine. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before running this fix.

msert.log Thanks for the response! I did everything so far and only included the MSRT log because that was the only thing that came back with findings.

AH SORRY!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR UR HELP!!! Here you go!!!!!! Also, I noticed MSRT got rid of my...Adobe animate as a virus or something but I've been using it for almost a year now and I know it's not. Did the infection corrupt it or was it just a casualty?
