Persistent Malware detection after restart

Recommended Posts

Malwarebytes keeps on showing the same detection, removes them and after restart, when I run the manual scan, it again shows the same stuff & the cycle repeats. I read a few threads similar to my case on malwarebytes forum & the impression I got was that the problem is something to do with the sync feature in chrome. So, I signed out of my user account in chrome and turned off sync, and that has stopped the recurring of malware detection.

I am attaching the txt file scan1 of the last scan results (detection's removed) prior to turning off the sync feature in chrome.  Also, I had not enabled rootkit detection in scan1, but after that I did another scan (scan_rootkit) with the rootkits feature enabled, but nothing was detected. Kindly guide me as to how I can enable sync, without worrying about these malwares recurring & slowing down my already ailing laptop.
