Raaddddd Posted December 25, 2020 ID:1429115 Share Posted December 25, 2020 Malwarebyte is incorrectly flagging most of our websites as malicious, we have been around for years and have brick and mortal stores. These are well established retail brands. I do not know the basis of your website blocking them or flagging them but I would like them removed, please provide link to your whitelist form or email. Raaddddd Posted December 27, 2020 Author ID:1429325 Share Posted December 27, 2020 As per the previous recommendation a case has been opened with your support team. Your company will need to get ready for a pretty big class action lawsuit the way they are handling it. you can’t just hurt business reputations by default and then ask him to file for a white listing with you after you heard the reputation. This is a defamation lawsuit Link to post
gonzo Posted December 27, 2020 ID:1429355 Share Posted December 27, 2020 Support requests are handled by a separate team, so I will close this thread based upon your choice. Link to post
