Whitelist brands

Malwarebyte is incorrectly flagging most of our websites as malicious, we have been around for years and have brick and mortal stores. These are well established retail brands. I do not know the basis of your website blocking them or flagging them but I would like them removed, please provide link to your whitelist form or email.

You need to post the sites here. This is the proper place to report False website blocks.

What you are asking is against Brand privacy, They will not allow us to publically add them to your public forum to be read by millions of audiences. 

This is not good your privacy practices in Malwarebyte

If what you are saying is true, they are already being read by millions.  The fastest way to get your request handled properly is to give us the information we need and let us do our part.  We are on Christmas break, so Support is using a small staff.  Your choice on which way to proceed...

As per the previous recommendation a case has been opened with your support team. Your company will need to get ready for a pretty big class action lawsuit the way they are handling it.

you can’t just hurt business reputations by default and then ask him to file for a white listing with you after you heard the reputation. This is a defamation lawsuit
