MachineLearning/Anomalous.100%

The software in question is not public (although available via download from our site) and is used for the installation to our customers of the tools for remote management of the PC (Remote Monitoring & Management).
It is a simple script that downloads and installs two pre-configured executables (Freshservice and Pulseway)
www.freshservice.com  / www.pulseway.com
By carrying out a scan they were incorrectly detected as anomalous and this could lead to perplexity to our customers who proceed with the installation independently. (This is normally performed by our technicians during the initial customer provisioning phase).
Is it possible to correct the false positive?
Kind regards

Hi,

I can't reproduce detection on this file. Is this the actual file that was detected? If not, please zip and attach the exact file, so we can have a look and/or post the malwarebytes log where the detection is displayed, as this shows more info.

Thanks!

I think this is the log excerpt you need. Correct?
