Good ways to check sites for malicious payloads?

Hello, what is the best way to check a site for any malicious malware or injections? Anything that is considered a drive-by-download really.

Im probably not tech savvy enough to notice bad code if I were to check it myself, I'd just love to have a 100% accurate way to see if a site does something in the background or not.

Appreciate it, I know these sites and sucuri is really good, I suppose I was mostly curious if there was a site that goes really deep with its analysis, especially with hidden drive by downloads.
