HELP Can't Boot into Windows after using AdwCleaner

Hello,
I've already made a thread: (this is something different)

And while I was waiting for a response on this thread I decided to run a scan with AdwCleaner,
It found a few threats and then it asked to reboot my computer, so I clicked restart.

When the computer started back up, it loads on the dell boot screen (like normal), then it would just shut off.
It would turn itself back on again, and would try again and it would still turn off, on the third boot, it would bring me to this screen ("image0.jpg" Attachment Below).

If I click onto "Press F8 for Startup Settings", and enable safe mode, when It reboots, it still ends up back at this menu.

If I try to enter the recovery environment "Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment", it takes me to this screen ("image0 (1).jpg" Attachment Below), then if I press F1 again, it takes me to the same screen again, this keeps happening.

I'm very stuck, can anybody help?
