Can you please post your log showing the block. Or are you referring to our BrowserGuard product?

Yes as you stated, it appears to be Browser Guard.  I have a screenshot of the clients occurrence if needed.   Obviously i would prefer if all this wasn't in a public forum   thanks for your help, and you extremely fast response.

The top level domains have been whitelisted. That will automatically include all subdomains.  Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.
