PUP.Optional.SweetPacks Comes back everytime I use Google Chrome

I have malwarebyte premium and everytime I run it I get several pup.optional.sweetpacks that come up. I remove them but they return immediately after using chrome again. I tried finding answers by googling but nothing was working.
