[Rakuten Viki] False Postives for Phishing

Hi Customer Support Officer,

I am Zen Liu, a Product Manager from Rakuten Viki, a video-streaming platform providing Asian Dramas from Korea, China and other South-East-Asia countries. 

It has come to my attention that some of Viki Users who have your your security solution installed were unable to access the email verification link sent by our service.

Hence, I would like to understand if there's any misunderstanding about our service that led to us being 'flag' by your security solution.
