Website blocked due to a suspicious top level domain (TLD)

My website [https://www.alassad.biz/] has been blocked yet it's an official website for AL ASSAD SCIENTIFIC BUREAU since 1998. Please whitelist my website or provide me with clear instructions on how to do it myself.

 

Please note, I'm not sure if my topic is under the correct category, but I'm having an issue and I couldn't tell really which category I should select.
