Endpoints still showing up as not installed after deployment

My subscription is for Endpoint Protection. After successfully deploying endpoint agents from the Discovery and Deployment Tool I notice that whenever I come out and go back in. The machines are online but showing that the agent is not installed. I did this more than once and got the same results. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong.
