Eric70458 Posted December 8, 2020 ID:1426055 Share Posted December 8, 2020 Hi team, My company has been getting reports of our domain triggering the warning with Malwarebytes when clients are attempting to access pages on our domain. Our domain info is: oneclickseo.agency 35.231.213.213 I do not have any logs as I(we) do not use currently use Malwarebytes real time protection. However I do have an image that was sent to me with the warning popup. Let me know if there is anything else you may need to whitelist our domain. Thank you Eric T Link to post
Porthos Posted December 8, 2020 ID:1426056 Share Posted December 8, 2020 This is a Browser Guard Block. I will Alert the proper team to investigate. There is no need for any further action from you at this time. While we wait for staff. A note on Website blocked due to a suspicious top level domain (TLD) Non-standard TLD's (biz/cc/info/xyz/online and so on) are commonly used for malicious purposes. Malwarebytes err on the side of caution to assure that we are protecting our users. If our users encounter a block, they report it (as you did), it gets tested, and if it is determined to be safe, it gets whitelisted. @gonzo Link to post

gonzo Posted December 21, 2020 ID:1428496 Share Posted December 21, 2020 I just went to your site using both Firefox and Chrome ... it is not blocked. Please tell your users to clear their browser cache. In the miniscule chance that doesn't work, a uninstall and reinstall of Browser Guard may be required. Usually, its a cache issue. Link to post
