Good day everyone,

We have been getting several complaints that Malwarebytes's Browser Guard is blocking some of our pages due to low reputation. I would like to inquire what affects the reputation and we would like our https://www.gbtel.ca/* whitelisted effective immediately. We are an ISP with thousands of clients and we actively promote Malwarebytes as a solution to keep them safe.

The page in particular is flagged by Kaspersky as phishing and I have opened a ticket with them as to why it's being flagged. This is a page for our clients to check their account status and such. -> https://www.gbtel.ca/login

The VirusTotal results

Please keep me posted as to how we can resolves as soon as possible.

I checked VirusTotal from two different browsers and got two different results, but neither were of any concern to me.  Reputation is based on the volume of traffic going to a website.  Low traffic volumes can sometimes indicate a new site (no problems there), a niche/family site (no problems there), or a potential source of malware.  Those are all very generic statements, as you would likely agree.  Our basis is the Top Million Sites based on traffic volume as measured by Alexa, OpenDNS, and Tranco.  Your site is not in the top million on any one of those lists, hence the reputation rating.  I take care of false positives, and we are being cautious when it comes to the security of our users.

I have whitelisted the site. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.
