False positive site blocking

I have a website that is being blocked by BrowserGuard for a "trojan", but there's no current issue. Scans on the site come up clean. How can I get this site whitelisted?

OK. I have to monitor 20 or so places for incoming communications, so I never check messages at all.  Since you are not advertising your website, the "e" site is accessible with no problems.  The other site is part of a technical issue we are trying to figure out.  I have been told what "should" work, and I have put that in place.  Please allow 15-30 minutes and try again.  Let me know if it does actually work.  Voodoo and Mondays are sketchy, so faith factor is a bit low for me right now.

Thanks for the follow up! I'll check on the "e" site. Our customers may be reporting incorrectly. I'll confirm specific URLs. For the other site, I'll check in a half hour.

Hey @gonzo, we're still seeing our site blocked this morning. Is there anything we can do to unblock this? It's been a significant impact for us as our customers now think our site is insecure because it's been falsely tagged. I sent you a message with a site to test.

I just verified this.  We are having an issue with Browser Guard that is causing spurious trojan blocks.  (I think) I caught the rest of these with a temporary fix, but missed this one. I just added a temporary fix to take care of this one. I apologize for the delay and the confusion.
