I haven't heard from Malwarebytes Support on Ticket #324815 in 12 days

Thanks for replying. There are 2 issues, one is a licensing issue and the other may or may not be a licensing issue, I'm not sure.

The possible non-licensing issue is this (copying and pasting from communication on the support ticket):
"I just tried activating the license for which the key was reactivated. I am in Thailand and I was only able to reactivate it when I turned on my VPN - I connected the VPN to a US-based server. And now, even though I was able to activate it, when I try to launch it I get an error, "Network Settings. Unable to contact license server. Check your network settings or contact your system administrator for help.", unless I connect to the Internet with the VPN."
