False Positive on my business site

I was contacted by a player that she could not log into our social game. She received this message attached. Can you all take us off of your blacklist? I have also contacted a developer and he has advised me to change our site name to .com rather than online.com (which is how it was already set when we purchased the game)

Please let me know what we need to do.

While we wait for staff. A note on Website blocked due to a suspicious top level domain (TLD)

Non-standard TLD's (biz/cc/info/xyz/online and so on) are commonly used for malicious purposes.  Malwarebytes err on the side of caution to assure that we are protecting our users. If our users encounter a block, they report it (as you did), it gets tested, and if it is determined to be safe, it gets whitelisted.

I think you must change strategy as block non standard TLD cause hidh ammount of false positive

It is actually a very small percentage, although it is not easy to tell that without seeing the number of "real" malicious/suspicious sites that are blocked.  It is being magnified by a much larger number of users recently, and that may lead to a change in methods.  I don't know that for certain, but the possibility exists.
