Accidental upgrade Malwarebytes free to Premium Trial 4.2.3 ==> tiny font

I'm running a 4K display at 3840x2160 resolution.  After the accidental upgrade to the trial version,  the font became too tiny to read.  This is the only app with that problem.  From what I can see in forum postings, there is no way to change the font for MWB.

The program is written to be DPI Aware as you can see from the Task Manager as well as the documentation by Microsoft

What size is your monitor? Perhaps you're having some type of scaling issue?

 

My own system is on a 30" - 4K HD monitor

I use 100% with no scaling

 

The following are all 100% size screen captures - to me they are all very legible and look, work properly as do other programs on my system.
