Be sure what ever Malwarebytes program is giving them the alerts is up to date. If it is the Free Browser Guard, ask them to clear the cache on their browser as well or uninstall browser guard and reinstall..

I have tested on 4 different browsers and have no block.

If it continues we will need the user to post here with the logs/screenshots.
