Gdavies Posted November 23, 2020 ID:1422868 Share Posted November 23, 2020 A program I use to encrypt my personal files, CryptoForge version 5.5.0 is blocked and quarantined by Malwarebytes. The previous version 5.4.0 worked fine. I contacted CryptoForge and they replied their software is safe and provided reports from various virus programs that their software is safe. Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST? Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair) Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
